The Laker road defense has done nothing to impress lately, giving up an average of over 100 PPG last five.

Atlanta's toast, but they play well against L.A., going 4-1 ATS L5, and is a dangerous spoiler, given that they won't make the playoffs.

Small play, particularly after the weekend NCAA debacle (1-4), but I feel the Hawks are excellent value at home.

Line may go up some more so keep an eye on it but Bowmans was the only 7 I could find this morning. Also while there I bet Wisconsin +12 on the Thursday game. A lot of ll's out there. Not sure what the line will do but love 12 points no matter what. Kentucky has looked so good and Wisky so ordinary this sets up perfect for a Wisky cover. May even throw a scare in them.

I have a so so lean on Rhode Island but have not bet it yet or even sold on it completely yet. Maybe others have some thoughts. Mine in short is Temple has owned them pretty much. Why not this year in the NIT tourney, with a huge home crowd and a good team to boot when? What better time to cast aside old demons? Just preliminary thoughts... Anyway good luck men.


BTW mucho props to Dicky. He warned me that my hometown team was better than most thought before the season started. In fact it was like he has a crystal ball on my Lightning. This one I was very happy he hit. Nice call.

Remember don't fade the square play just to do it. What I used to do was create a line the day before.The next day if the opener was way off I would lean on the other side. FI if I made Texas -2 over Oaklahoma and it came Oaklahoma -3 I would lean towards Oaklahoma. If the Line came Texas -6 my lean would be on Texas. I would then research my play from there
